Account and contact details, including your name, business name, farm location, postal address, email address, phone number, role (for example, Farm Owner, Breeder, Investor, Veterinarian, Feed Mill representative, or Pet Owner), and payment information where applicable.
Device and sensor data generated by our hardware, including temperature readings and rumen activity collected by the Moofinder bolus, and GPS location, movement, and acceleration data collected by the Moovsmart collar.
User-inputted data, including information you enter into the Movment Cloud Platform about your herd, individual animals, health events, breeding records, operational notes, and any other farm data.
Location data relating to the geographic areas where you use the Services, which helps us provide accurate monitoring and alerts.
Customer support interactions, including emails, phone calls, contact form submissions, messages, and any information you share with us when seeking support.

Data generated by your animals, your farm, and the Movment Cloud Platform belongs to you. We do not sell your farm or animal data.
We may use farm and animal data to improve and train our models, but only on an aggregated basis and in a way that ensures that no individual is able to be identified from such data, and that also ensures that no farm location or animal is able to be identified. Where we collaborate with academic partners, research partners, or industry bodies, we will only share aggregated and anonymised data under written agreements that prohibit re-identification.
You may request that your farm and animal data is not used for aggregated research purposes by contacting us.
